The Buschstraße is part of the city area Gronau, directly adjacent to the famous Südstadt, a discrict with many old buildings from ~1900.

Telekom

The Deutsche Telekom is less than 15 minutes walking distance (to the location Bonner Talweg).

The Posttower, Bonns highest skyscraper, is not more than 6 minutes cycling.

Floor plans

Unfortunately the building is very old and digital, modern floor plans do not exist yet. They are „in the making“ though. But if you are interested, you can have a look into the very old plans from 1902 and later, lovingly written with fountain pen:

Monumental status

Because the building is so old and in an "original state", it has received the status of a monument. This comes with many restrictions regarding construction and renovating.

I would love to have you here.

Ramin Fleckner

Hi, I am Ramin. I take care of the building and manage the tenants. I would love to talk to you personally. You can reach me via different channels. After reaching out to me, we can arrange a short video-chat.

I bought the house within the family for emotional value, as I spent my childhood in it. Therefore, I am very interested in tenants who treat old buildings and, for example, their original wooden floors and furniture with care. If you would consider yourself a neat tenant, you are in the right place :-).
My mother lives on the first floor and is always available as a contact person.

Availability

You can check out the current availability in the calendar below. Please note that I normally make long-term contracts. If you want to rent in advance, you need to pay a deposit before moving in. We can clarify details in direct contact.
